Accounting lines are now stored in the SLA Tables:
xla_events
xla_ae_headers
xla_ae_lines
xla_distribution_links
by linking to the event id in the FA_Transaction_Headers and
FA_Deprn_Summary tables. CCID no longer stored in the
FA_Adjustments table.
